Designation- Technical Manager

Responsibility 

  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, and work hours.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Determining project changes.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
  • Liaise with clients to identify, define and document the requirements, scope and objectives
  • Coordinate with PM/Tech Lead for assigned tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
  • Use tools to monitor project plans and expenditure
  • Develop, implement and distribute deliverables.
  • Assess, modify and upgrade specific product technologies.
  • Implement new product technologies and techniques.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve large complex issues and problems.
  • Report unresolvable problems to senior technicians.
  • Organize and update databases and information.
  • Perform installations, requirements analysis, and compatibility review.


Requirements:

  • 2+ Years of progressive experience in the industry with experience in delivering projects technically.
  • Strong understanding of the Techincal side
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work in a high pressured and time-sensitive environment.
  • Experience in handling enterprise clients with good customer satisfaction scores.
  • Evaluate the performance of resources and determine training needs.
  • Develop scope and budget for delivery projects
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
